Offshore Modular Gear.

FAED was built in the water. Rooted in downwind foiling and open water movement, FAED develops modular offshore gear designed to adapt across disciplines, conditions, and evolving setups.

In Maui — where conditions change fast, runs stretch long, and gear gets tested every time you go out.

Foil and Enjoy started long before the company.

It started the same way so many good runs do: boards stacked in the back of a truck, gear piled high, friends packed shoulder to shoulder, chasing wind and swell with no real plan other than getting out there. Out on the water, it was never about logos or labels. It was about the glide — those moments when everything clicks, when the ocean lifts you up and you remember exactly why you started.

That feeling is where Foil and Enjoy came from.

Not as a slogan, but as a mindset.

Slow down. Stay present. Enjoy the process.

Where It Started

Time in the ocean shapes everything.

From early surf to downwind foiling, each step brought new demands — more distance, more exposure, more reliance on your equipment.

The gaps became clear:

  • Not modular

  • Not built to adapt

  • Not made for changing offshore conditions

FAED didn’t start as a brand.

It started as a need.

Built by Doing

The first versions were made by hand.

Cut. Sewn. Tested offshore. Repeated.

Every piece was shaped through real use — downwind runs, shifting wind, changing swell, different boards, different disciplines.

What came out of that wasn’t a single product.

It was a modular system.

Systems, Not Shortcuts

FAED gear is designed to supplement, not replace.

Most riders already have equipment they rely on — radios, hydration, safety tools. FAED exists to bring those systems together in a way that’s intentional, balanced, and dependable. Modular attachment platforms allow setups to change based on the run, the conditions, and the rider.

FAED builds modular offshore gear designed to move with you.

Downwind foiling. SUP. Parawing. Open water. Different conditions demand different setups. Nothing fixed. Nothing unnecessary.

Carry what matters — and adjust as it changes.

Built With Intention

We work with U.S. materials and manufacturers whenever possible.

Not for appearance — for durability, accountability, and control.

Small batches. Proven construction. Built for real use.

Community

This is built from time in the water with others.

Shared downwind runs. Changing conditions. Constant progression.

The downwind community — in Maui and beyond — has shaped every part of FAED.

FAED has never been a solo pursuit.

Friends, training partners, and the broader downwind community have shaped this project from the beginning — often without knowing it. Every shared run, every shuttle chat, every “what if we tried this” conversation has left its mark.

Progression in this space doesn’t come from shortcuts. It comes from time, grit, and the people beside you who push you further than you thought possible.

Moving Forward

FAED is a platform for modular offshore movement.

Built in Maui. Tested in real conditions. Designed to keep evolving.

Conditions change. Equipment should too.

FAED is more than a name on a product. It’s a platform — for builders, riders, and explorers drawn to open water and open horizons.

From Maliko Gulch- to the Columbia River Gorge, and across the deep channels of Hawai'i the pursuit continues. The horizon keeps moving. And so do we.

Because the feeling that started all of this never fades.

That’s FAED.

Foil and Enjoy

—and keep moving forward.
