Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Some orders may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Select products may be eligible for local pickup or local delivery. When available, these options will appear during checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, customs charges, or other fees imposed by their country.

FAED Supply is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by local authorities.

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international orders are generally not eligible for return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Include original packaging when possible

Warranty

FAED Supply products are designed for demanding offshore environments and are continually refined through real-world testing.

If a FAED Supply product experiences a manufacturing defect or failure under normal intended use, please contact us.

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic wear
Damage caused by misuse
Improper installation
Modification of the product
Accidents
Neglect
Loss of equipment

Because our products are used in dynamic outdoor and marine environments, service life will vary depending on use, exposure, storage, and maintenance.

Product Use & Safety

FAED Supply products are utility and equipment-carrying systems.

They are not flotation devices, life-saving devices, rescue equipment, or personal protective equipment.

Users are responsible for evaluating conditions, using appropriate safety equipment, and determining the suitability of any product for their intended use.
