Across the Channels: FAED at the 2026 Koa Kai Triple Crown
This summer, FAED went from Maui’s north shore across two of Hawaiʻi’s most demanding channels. Through Paddle Imua, M2M, Kamalo, and M2O, custom FAED setups were trusted by top contenders, first-time crossers, and legends of the sport—our biggest test yet and the clearest proof of what modular offshore gear can do.
Beyond Pailolo: Chasing YOGN-42
On the windiest day of the summer, Paige Alms, Cash Berzolla, Dylan Primrose and Henry McNamara launched offshore of West Maui and followed an unfamiliar line toward YOGN-42. Beyond the wreck waited 12 miles of world-class right-hand bumps along Lānaʻi’s remote coast—the ultimate proving ground for the crew, their equipment and FAED gear built for the open ocean.
